Had a nice stay at this hotel. Breakfast was good and the elevator had more space than the IHG I’m used to. Only a few cons. Like someone mentioned the furniture is outdated. The bed felt like I was sleeping on a cot, tv was outdated, and the fridge made really loud sounds during the night. No one picks up after their dogs and the grass is a very small plot of land so you step on dog poop at every step. But honestly a decent stay especially when you’re just passing through.

The hotel staff was wonderful. They treated us and each other like family. The room was clean and comfortable. The gym and the pool and spa were an extra treat! The breakfast had many options. We usually choose the Holiday Inn Express when we travel, but this visit was extra special. THANK YOU!

I was greeted by name and status. Two bottles of water were provided. The lobby was very neat and arranged to give a down home appearance. Room was very clean, the bed was comfortable. Please have more fresh fruit in the morning. Recommend

No complaints, IHG has unmatched hospitality, customer care, and comfort. I recommend their hotels to everyone I know. The beds are comfortable, they often allow pets, the breakfast is always fresh and hot with many selections to choose from. They make me feel welcome and valued as a customer.

Zero stars! Staff was so rude to me and my boyfriend. Found hairs in our breakfast food. Booked a king room and they only had queens available on arrival. Room hasn't been cleaned yet and had to wait until well after check-in for a room to be available. Highly recommend anyone avoid this hotel.

We stayed recently while travelling on family vacation. The hotel was easily accessible to I40 and was easy to find. The staff was friendly and welcoming, the room comfortable, and the breakfast was good. The property was quiet and we were able to get a good nights sleep.
